She graduated from the prestigious European medical school Medical Academy of Gdansk, Poland established in 1454.
After coming to the US in 1987 She received Internal Medicine training and Nassau County Medical Center and New Rochelle Hospital. She went on to do an endocrinology and metabolism fellowship at Westchester County Medical Center.
In 1996 Dr. Anastasiadou branched out and established her private practice in Manhattan.
